  • Regulator is included in rental fee.
  • We do not rent tanks and regulators separately.
  • The number of balloons that can be filled is based on standard 12” latex balloons. Foil balloons require more helium to fill.
  • The number of balloons filled may vary depending on inflation size of the balloon.
  • Prices listed above are for a 24-hour rental period.
  • The rental period includes the pickup and return dates.
  • Rental items may be picked up the day before the rental date at any time during store hours, and are returned the day after the rental date, (example: If you pick up on Friday, your rental is due on Sunday) If the rental period is extended, each additional day is charged at the rate listed above.
  • The Rental Department is unable to help with loading and unloading of rental items.
  • Deposit must be paid on a credit card. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa. We also accept debit/check cards with a MasterCard or Visa logo. We do not accept ATM cards.
  • Refunds must be done on the same card used for the deposit.
  • You must have your card with you to receive your deposit back.
  • Late fees or replacement fees are deducted from the deposit.
